People Read This?

I haven't posted in two months and the page view count is higher than it last was. Why exactly people still bother to read this blog, I'll never know. It's not that I don't care, it's that I haven't the foggiest idea what to write about. Suggestions are welcome. The problem with this blog is that it's a blog about nothing in particular. Nobody wants to read about nothing. I need a topic. A theme for the blog, if you will. Apparently I'm not creative enough to think of one (which is odd, considering I love writing creative stories), so hopefully a reader out there is creative enough to come up with something...

Don't Worry, I'm Not Dead

This post is for all five of you who may have actually followed this blog at one point. Fear not, I'm still here. I have no excuse for not posting in however long it's been, and hopefully I can get back in to a routine of posting. I primarily am returning to inform you all of a new way to contact me. In the past, I had been a bit wary of giving out my cell phone number, so I am now pleased to announce that I can be reached (texts only, it's not a real cell number) at 1-(774)-204-6308. This is due to a cool little smartphone messaging app called HeyWire. So, feel free at any time to shoot me a text, and just mention that you got the number from my blog. Also, I just started using Dropbox, and I have been working on a novel. These two things may seem unrelated, but at some point I could possibly throw a sample of the book in to my public Dropbox folder and give you all a taste of what I'm writing about. More on that to come later. For now, I shall sign off. See you next mission time!

I'm Back!

There was a time when I was posting on this blog quite frequently. Then along came a period of time when the post frequency seriously diminished, due to the loss of my primary posting tool, an iPod touch. Since I have re-acquired that iPod, I would like to announce that something wonderful has happened: my post frequency is going to go back up, provided that I have things to write about.
Currently my life is calm enough that ranting about whatever on here doesn't feel necessary. That's not to say I won't rant in the future, of course. As it happens, anything worthy of writing about is too personal for a blog that's open to the public. I'm not about to turn this in to my Internet diary that only everyone has access to.
Aaaanyway, I'm not really sure where to go from here, so I'll sign off. As we used to say here, I'll see you next mission!

Quick Post

I do apologize for wasting your time with such a short post, but I noticed something rather disturbing. The Facebook widget squished my profile picture. I promise, I'm not that fat. The Twitter widget's thumbnail still appears to be normal, so use that for reference if you want to get a good idea of what I look like. Of course, if you are doing that, I have every right to be creeped out.

Keyboards

First of all, apologies for not posting over the holidays. Not that it matters. Enough people hopefully wished you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year anyway. So, here's a sure sign you're a geek: if you get excited when your parents come home with a nice, shiny new keyboard, you might wanna check yourself. Yes, I just did this. If you must know (and even if you don't care I'm going to post about it anyway), it's an Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad. Yes, that's capitalized properly. It's the product name. Anyway, I love it. It has the 'chicklet" keys, as opposed to the raised ones. It feels a lot faster to type on. Watch out, that might mean much longer posts here (which I guess is better than no posting at all).
